Dr. William Rolfe
Dr. William Rolfe is proud to be able to bring high-quality dental care to the community of Pensacola. With a deep passion for dentistry and a commitment to patient care, Dr. Rolfe ensures that every visit to the dentist is a comfortable, positive experience. Dr. Rolfe’s journey in dentistry began at an early age. Inspired by mission trips to the Dominican Republic, where he provided healthcare to underserved communities, he realized the profound impact dentistry could have on people’s lives. This passion led him to earn his degree in Biology from Centenary College of Louisiana, followed by his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry.
Committed to delivering the highest standard of care, Dr. Rolfe has continually expanded his expertise through advanced continuing education courses and professional memberships, including the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Louisiana Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
Beyond his practice, Dr. Rolfe is deeply involved in giving back to the local community through programs like Give Kids a Smile, Super Sealant Saturday, and Mission of Mercy. He believes that everyone deserves access to excellent dental care and strives to make a lasting impact both locally and abroad.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Rolfe enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Hébert, and their family. An outdoor enthusiast, he loves mountain biking, fishing, and hunting.

Dr. Emily Hébert
Dr. Hébert was born and raised in south Louisiana. after graduating Valedictorian from St. Scholastica Academy High School in Covington, LA, she attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge to complete a major in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry.
Dr. Hébert graduated from LSU Magnum Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science. She obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans.
After graduating from dental school, Dr. Hébert relocated to North Louisiana where she served patients’ dental needs for 4 years, before moving to Pensacola. She is passionate about providing care for the community and giving back by volunteering her time and expertise for charitable causes.
Dr. Hébert has much advanced training in multiple aspects of dentistry including, crown and bridge, root canals, oral surgery, and facial esthetics.
In her free time, Dr. Hébert enjoys training for and running marathons, trying out different fitness classes, and exploring new restaurants with her husband (Dr. Rolfe). She loves spending time with her family, friends, and mini Dachshund named Maisie.
Dr. Edwin E. Yee
The youngest of four siblings, Dr. Edwin E. Yee, was born and raised in Leland, Mississippi, where he grew up working in his parent’s grocery store. In 1975, he graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. From there he went on to graduate from Birmingham-Southern College with a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry, in 1979, from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree, in 1983, Pete Dawson Academy 1992, and completed his Louisiana State University Continuum of Cosmetic Dentistry, Level I, Level II, Level III, in 2002, and his Medical College of Georgia Program of Implantology, in 2005, and numerous other continuing education programs every year.
An active member of the community, Dr. Edwin E. Yee is a member of Central Waterside Church on Pensacola Beach, and is an avid tennis player and enjoys the Pensacola Symphony. Dr. Yee volunteers his services for the St. Joseph Dental Clinic, a Dental charity providing free dental services for the underprivileged. His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association , Florida Dental Association , Escambia-Santa Rosa Dental Society , Greater Pensacola, and Seattle Study Club . Past affiliation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry , the American Academy of Implant Dentistry , Gulf Breeze Rotary Club, and Sertoma.
